MY NOTICE OF INTENT / MY NOTICE OF TRUTH
By divine grace, and for the public record, and upon your oath of office, and recorded here in writing for ever more. I hereby testify this to be my sworn truth and nothing but my sworn truth, and so it is. I am now conveying a court of common law, and will only expect written responses from now on to my grievances, and will not be involved with anything based on heresay. I give elior full consent to hold me to account to ANY of my writings, and claim only to be telling my truth. thank you…

It seems such a shame for me to have to respond in this way, but for some reason I am not being dealt with in a fair and responsible way…

On receipt of my letter from Megan Whitehead (HR Business Partner) dated by Royal Mail on 23rd Jan 2012, and after me trying desperately to be reasonable and responsive to policies and practices at elior international, I find I now have no choice to remain open and accountable and transparent, and will now insist and request that elior international do the same from now on regarding my grievances. So for the record and upon your oath of office I am asking elior and all its staff stick to formal written procedures of practice, and not meetings based on ‘essence and capture’ and are ‘not verbatim’. I am informing all elior staff regarding this that I have been grossly miss-represented in these ‘not minutes’ that ‘simply capture the essence’ and they do NOT reflect the integrity of my words in whole or in part…

Perhaps if megan allowed me to record the audio as I politely requested, and without receipt of the carbon copy of the original hand written notes by susan I requested at the meeting, this might not have taken place. I politely made it quite clear I wanted the carbon copy of the original as well and it was agreed…

Monday 23rd Jan 2012 I posted my final notice of reminder to elior recorded delivery, giving yet another 30days to achieve a suitable outcome, as all I want is my job and a legal determination with written reference as well as proof of claim. You see, I love my job!!!

Tuesday 24th Jan 2012 I go in with copies of my notice for those relevant. Rachael informs me that she has been told my letter was sent out Friday. I then handed her my notice of reminder as well as pauls.

Next shift Thursday 26th Jan 2012 I go into work and Rachael hands me an envelope with 3 docs, and informs me that the same has been posted to me and I think she said I was expected to sign and return the blank contract there and then.

I looked at the docs in amazement to find the letter from Megan wasn’t signed (I think I am right here) and the minutes I thought were there, but immediately noticed there was no carbon copy of the originals as promised by Megan and Susan at the meeting. I distinctly asked for BOTH. And furthermore, there was no original contract originally signed by me and paul bunker all be it in original or copy. Instead was a blank contract. Of-course as it was not signed by me nor filled in by me, that means it wasn’t signed by me, and nor did I fill it in. so really simply put, it obviously wasn’t our original contract. And I do distinctly remember, again I remember quite clearly at the meeting susan powers said she saw a copy of my contract in my folder and would send me a copy forthwith. Consider this my testimony of truth.

So, after explaining the grievances to Rachael who is our new Assistant Manager, and not aware of all the circumstances, but bends over backwards to help and accommodate in this matter, and can inform you, I actually feel quite guilty for Rachael having to deal with me regarding this assault on my good character.
I go do my job quite brilliantly as usual, wiping my tables, cleaning my dishes, to the very best of my ability pending certain circumstances of-course, and have yet another wonderful day at work…

I get home, get the letter and proceed to read. To my amazement the letter from megan (this one was actually signed) is at best, harming to me, and at very best, is ALL based on the personal opinion of one person, after meeting me only once for 2hours, and yet, not a single code of conduct as per requested and referenced to, not a single statute or act of commerce deemed relevant to my circumstance. Nor Positive Law. Sadly this is mostly personal opinion, of which I totally disagree with, and will take to task.

She takes it upon herself to refuse my paid days thus making a legal determination (unless otherwise counterclaimed) without providing written reference as to why. Where is the copy of the working time directive I requested that applies to me. Is it positive law. Does Robert Zolade know of this? And Is this the code of practice elior chooses to enforce. Opinions based on heresay. Can that be used as evidence in a court of law if a contract is disappeared upon request. Of-course heresay can and will be dismissed in a court of law, otherwise and without exempt, unless called to the stand to give testimony. I know that much is true is it not?

Then I read the minutes, oh sorry! the ‘essence of the meeting’ that captured ‘the essence’ Do you not realize this is not good practice when it comes to realizing the ‘TRUTH’. so, for the record and upon your oath of office, and in my conveyance of common law court of public record and recorded for ever more, these essences DO NOT represent me as per the meeting. They DO NOT reflect my truth. They DO NOT reflect me in any way shape or form, after all they were not written by me. So I hereby declare them here say based on comments I made, taken out of context, and re-arranged to put it mildly. I now declare them null and void. And on that I defer to my FAITH. And so it is…

But worst of all, and I really can’t believe I am typing this. No original contract or at least a copy of the original. not even a blank one this time for me to sign, like the one handed to me at work earlier that morning in the first envelope at work. Is this standard practice elior. Are you being miss-managed, or are you endorsing this code of conduct. are you trying to force me into another contract or trying to trick me into another contract elior. Is this not ILLEGAL! Would you like a copy of my fee schedule for this before we continue elior. Just like the fee schedule I will have to attach to ALL ELIOR STAFF involved, as well as elior itself, who seek to impose and enforce me into a policy that I haven’t knowingly or consciously consented too, nor do I legally and lawfully need to. Please provide proof of claim if otherwise assumed, or a counterclaim statement if relevant, thankyou.

So, not a single statute, nor code, nor act, nor policy supplied with reference. Actually nothing at all deemed as ‘color of law’ even, never minding anything lawful. Elior has so far supplied me no references at all. Just a handbook that was NEVER GIVEN TO ME on contract date. Never minding the contract I am still waiting for, and preferably the one I signed at the time of the ‘verbal contract’ made between myself and your employer and store manager mr paul bunker. I have worked for you for a long time now, and there is more than evidence and paper trail to support my case. Take my pay slips for example.

And now by divine grace, and for the public record, and upon your oath of office, and recorded publicly for ever more I would like answers to the following allegations, as well as all the previously raised issues…

Regarding megan’s response dated 20th Jan but posted 23rd

Megan thinks I seemed to think I have to wear the gloves without the POSITIVE LAW or LEGAL DETERMINATION , and to assume the contract to be STILL IN GOOD FAITH. Did you determine this yourself or is a third party involved here. Is this elior policy Please supply all signatories and names so I can later attach my fee schedule to each and every person liable, as well as elior international, as you are continually trying to force me into a NEW contract that I consciously and knowingly do NOT want. I’m happy with the one we already have thank you. But I will if susan powers and megan whitehouse and paul bunker and anyone else at elior who agree to their stance, ALL sign a declaration that clearly states that I must wear them. Or just show me the LAW or LEGAL DETERMINATION applicable please.

Now Megan has already done this, and for and on behalf of elior international, and on elior page-head which now cannot be overturned or re-butted or denied and so I hereby declare that if you do not supply me with the relevant legal lawful reference applicable for elior to make this case against me within the notice of reminder period so generously given, I will have no choice but to attach a fee schedule against elior international as employer of megan, as well as the person called megan whitehead. I, as one of the sovereign souls, and as one of the people, and not a person, do not want to do this, but I will if I have to.
With regards the signatures, I now hereby declare for the public record, and upon your oath of office, and recorded for ever more, to elior international that I will now record my seal on anything you wish, in red ink, and if ever elior ever monetizes my seal, I will seek redress in a conveyance of common law court and I will determine the lawful proceedings with the law of the common people present.

Megan, please define ‘casual arrangement’ with reference to which dictionary you are using. Please inform me as to how you made the legal determination that my verbal common law contract as recognized by a court of law has been legally determined as a ‘casual agreement’. Do you have proof of claim, or a contract please? Do you have an oath of office? Do you practice law. Did someone else determine this legally for you and do they have an oath of office or a bar card please. Please show references to how & where & why LEGALLY AND LAWFULLY. Is elior denying my verbal contract with paul bunker took place on elior & tesco property with witnesses present. Is elior denying me my due process… was the casual agreement handed to me by Rachael another contract. After all, It did require a signature. Is this not fraud!

The staff handbook – it is quite loose (how loose) it is in your contract of employment (please provide proof of claim) but we see thi handbook as friendlier (please provide proof of claim or counterclaim as per my predicament thankyou.)

Annual leave. I wont entertain this argument. Show me the LEGAL LAWFUL DETERMINATION. Show me with reference. Is this not criminal or civil miss-conduct or miss-representation of law here You have your default of notice period or you will face litigation or civil criminal proceedings. I have been more than fair now!!!

I did not say I would not sign for holidays, paul bunker told me it was too late to book them AND said as I wouldn’t sign for them I wasn’t going to get them, and he then stormed out on me. This is a gross neglegance on your part so please get your facts right. And he wouldn’t give me HRs address as clearly stated in my first notice to elior.

With regards coshh. Are you TELLING ME what I can and can’t do in my own spare time? Does coshh and elior have something to hide or endorse this? After all, you put this on elior internationals page-head. Please help me with the address for this so I can make my enquiries to make sure other natural born sovereign souls are not being harmed or damaged in any way shape or form. I only want to help elior and only want to protect the people I love to work with. Are you refusing me help here elior international?

Oh, where is my contract!!! Where is my contract!!! Where is my contract!!! Under universal laws you have now been asked three times elior! Ask a judge about the law of 3s, or perhaps someone with a degree in law…

Your determination of me – YES – you are wrong, but don’t take my word for it ask your staff (staff as in plural). But for the record and for elior to note FOR EVER – after the gross miss-representation regarding your ‘capture the essence’ here say, and your refusal for me to record the audio, as well as your ACCUSATION of me recording when I was putting my bag down, it seems we both have similar traits. I will leave that there…

The minutes
I have decided to NOT post via paper mail my opinions while going through the… ‘not verbatim’ ‘not minutes’ but at least they ‘capture the essence’ hearsay and gross miss-representation of the facts because I cant afford the paper and postage. Final Notice of Reminder

After Susan Powers request on 16th Dec 2011 for a further Grace period to arrange a meeting and discuss my grievances, I gladly and graciously gave a further 30days to allow for the matter at hand to be resolved.

After speaking with Megan (?) and Susan Powers on the 4th Jan 2012, I was made aware by Megan that some notes of concern raised by myself, including others raised at the meeting, might require a little more time for her to answer.

As I thoroughly enjoy my job, and only want the truth to be revealed, and will gladly assist in any way whatsoever to achieve the disclosure of the truth and the facts pertinent to my grievances, I have graciously decided to yet again provide Elior International a FURTHER 30 days grace period.

For the public record and upon your oath of office (if applicable) this will be the last extension, as I firmly believe that 90days (3 months) is more than enough time for any Corporation to deal with grievances of any sort.

So, for the public record, and upon your oath of office (if applicable) Elior International has until the 22nd Feb 2012 to respond to EACH and ALL of my concerns raised dated 22nd Nov 2011. This is more than enough time for Elior to reach a resolution between them and myself.

Failure to respond in this time provided will be an automatic Notice of Default on the part of Elior. Upon this, further action will have to be taken be myself, albeit at the expense of Elior’s good reputation, regarding Civil matters as well as Codes of Conduct, Human Rights concern, etc.

I really do hope Elior can put this matter to rest, in a formal and proper manner, as set out by the very codes of conduct, they claim to abide by.

By divine grace, and for the public record, I have NEVER knowingly and consciously acted as a public servant, and have no intention of ever doing so. And so it is.

At the time of signing all documents related to my 4wheels and my rights to free travel, I did not have all the facts, and declare their validity null and void.

I know of no sworn testimony to say I was performing a function of government at any time, with my full understanding and conscious knowing willing intent and consent.

I know of no proof of claim I am a public servant or servant of the crown. Did I agree an hourly rate? Was I sent a copy of the contract? Do you have an Employee ref no?

I know of no proof of claim that at the time of any incident regarding my 4wheels I was acting in the capacity of performing a function of government. I declare I was not.

SUMMUM. - INTRODUCTION.

"When the student's mind is open, then comes the voice to fill it with wisdom." -- Summum.

This book is dedicated with gratitude to the Summa Individuals who untiringly work the pathways of spiritual evolution, and who with great concern have presented to me these Principles.

These teachings cannot be accredited to any one person or human source, for these teachings represent the workings of Creation Itself. These Principles have been presented previously to those souls evolved enough to understand them, and again the nature of Creation is presented to those now ready.

ONE.
THE SUMMUM PHILOSOPHY.

"The voice of wisdom is silent, except to the OPEN MIND." -- Summum.
The Summum Philosophy embodies the Principles of Creation Itself. From Grand Cycle to Grand Cycle the fundamental esoteric teachings of the Summum Bonum are taught to select advanced souls who then progress to new spiritual levels.

The last recorded reservoir of these teachings on planet Earth has been found in Egypt, a home of the pyramids. All nations have borrowed from the ancient inheritance of Egypt. India, Persia, China, Japan, ancient Greece, Rome, and other countries partook liberally at the feast of knowledge which the masters of the land of Ra and Isis so freely provided for them.

The Grand Principle of Creation is presented here for your examination. It is the answer to the greatest mysteries which dwell within the thinking human mind. No record of this Principle may be found anywhere except within this book.

With diligence and openness, study, learn, and apply the principles and techniques presented in this work. As you progress, you will gain an understanding and come to know the Grand Principle of Creation.

Before the material universe manifested there was NO THING. If there was NO THING (NOTHING), then it must have been possible for nothing to be. If it is possible for NO THING to be, then it must be possible for everything to be -- all matter, "space-time," all relativity -- all this must be possible. If there is All Possibility, then there must be the possibility of the NO THING (NOTHING). In the same fashion it must be possible for ALL THINGS to be (SUMMUM).

Automatically, with no beginning and no end, do these Grand Opposites "come in and out of bond infinite times in a finite moment" -- therefore creating a series of infinite "EVENTS." These infinite EVENTS, held within the finite moment of singularity, manifest as infinite conceptualized energy that is then externalized through phenomenal, inconceivable projections, limitless in number.

Among these countless projections, one produced your universe through an extreme rapid expansion, what has been called the BIG BANG -- an EVENT. In essence, there are infinite "Big Bangs" creating infinite universes whose origin is an eternal, finite moment of infinite EVENTS, all produced by NOTHING and POSSIBILITY.

A corollary to this Grand Principle is, "It is impossible for two things to join in harmony or discord without the presence of a third, for a 'BOND' must exist to unite them" -- the copulation generates SUMMUM.

It is the BONDing of NOTHING and POSSIBILITY infinite times within this finite moment which is the birth of the cosmos and all subsequent EVENTS. "It takes the joining of TWO to make one -- SUMMUM."

Although your physicists and astronomers have determined the origin of the material universe, they are incapable of determining the MOMENT just prior to the BIG BANG. This cannot be examined by formulas, because formulas use the methodology of the material universe. Just prior to the EVENT (singularity), "space-time" and therefore "matter" did not exist, so it is impossible to make formulations based upon the non-reality of these systems.

To be totally correct one would have to say there was no MOMENT just prior to the BIG BANG, for time did not exist. So when physicists try to examine the origin of the Creation, they must be confined to studying philosophical states, and they are not comfortable doing this at this time.

Physicists who deal in quantum mechanics state: "You cannot (objectively) observe something without changing it in the process." This statement is based upon what is termed the Uncertainty Principle, which means that when you observe one aspect of a thing (such as an electron), you are forever uncertain of any other aspects of that same thing.

1 Consequently, they are restricted to using collections of probabilities in describing the motion of things. Further, they state that the existence of the collection of probabilities establishes what would happen if an observation occurred. (Note that the term PROBABILITIES is closely related to the term POSSIBILITIES). To the extent that the Uncertainty Principle is applied to the origin of the universe, you can readily understand the problem with the physicists' objective measurements (observations). No objective measurements are possible in solving this problem.

The Grand Principle of Creation embodies your SUBJECTIVE OBSERVATION of Creation Itself, in which the process of OBSERVATION between NOTHING and POSSIBILITY produces the EVENT of Creation. This condition, in which the two grand opposites are poised in opposition to one another, results in SUMMUM: the sum total of everything. When one state of being observes another, there is created an automatic connection between the two. It is this relationship between POSSIBILITY and NOTHING which generates this incredible EVENT.

The EVENT includes all outward manifestations and appearances which you know under the terms of "the material universe," "the phenomena of life," "matter," "energy," "space-time," "distance," "speed," "relativity," and, in short, all that is apparent to your material senses.

SUMMUM, created by the copulation of NOTHING and POSSIBILITY, is SPIRIT, and may be considered and thought of as A UNIVERSAL, INFINITE, LIVING MIND. This MIND is the effect of CREATION'S "copulation," manifesting the qualities of nothingness and (SUMMUM) possibility.

From the copulation of CREATION emanates the seven Great Principles of Summum: PSYCHOKINESIS, CORRESPONDENCE, VIBRATION, OPPOSITION, RHYTHM, CAUSE AND EFFECT, and GENDER. These Principles are the NATURE of the Grand Copulation of CREATION.

My testament of truth or my sworn affidavit

After today’s meeting with Mr. P****** ******, your employer who initially employed me for and on your behalf around three years ago, I now find myself writing this sworn testimony on my behalf, as my integrity and honesty has been ridiculed by your said employer Mr. P****** ******.

After sticking a piece of white paper with no Elior page-head up over the time sheets around a week ago, mentioning no jewelry, bracelets etc, Mr. ****** then today took it upon himself to once again question the religious mementoes of which I wear upon my said self at all times. After me reminding him that on the last one to one meeting, and not long after he gave out the booklet regarding peoples sexual orientation AND respecting other peoples religion, I made it quite clear that I did NOT endorse the booklet as I believed that peoples sexual orientation to be their own business and not mine. He then said he had to be sure I wasn’t a racist and mentioned that if he had a Rastafarian employed at our work how did he know I would not be racist. Ironically, and something he obviously quite forgot, my black bracelets are my beloved mementoes to the ethnic Rastafarian culture, including bob Marley, the only music I really listened to when growing up as a little boy in south Africa, Botswana, and Durban!!!

So as you can imagine, I was extremely insulted and hurt for Mr. ****** to ask why I had ignored the no bracelets and jewelry note. So to make things a little more formal and clear I have now felt it necessary to make this sworn affidavit of truth, or my testimony of truth, and will not tolerate any more self opinionated hearsay based on another employers opinions, regarding my truth, my religion, my integrity, and so on, and so on…

For the public record, and for ever more this is my sworn testimony of truth, and if any other person or people wish to question my words, they must do so in writing and be held to account for ever more, otherwise they keep their opinions to themselves…

I am not a racist. I am a natural born sovereign soul who believes ALL religions have truth in them, and study and adopt and endorse them ALL, whether it be in whole or in part. After all it is my religion we are talking about. I do not insult other human beings or otherwise, without first reminding myself how imperfect I once was. That shuts me up instantly. I have never knowingly gone out to insult someone personally in my day-to-day activities while doing god’s work, without first having being damaged myself in someway first. And I will NOT tolerate any person or peoples insulting my religious beliefs.

For the public record and recorded for ever more: the Sikh bracelet on my right wrist is one of the five Ks from the Sikh religion and I wear this at ALL times with knowing willing and conscious intent as a showing of love and respect to the Sikh faith. Perhaps a sworn affidavit of truth being signed by many of my Sikh friends from Birmingham will add weight to my disclosure of my truth here.

The black bracelets as mentioned signify my LOVE and SUPPORT and belief for all things Rastafarian, and I claim here that from the age of 14years old, that’s 30 years now for the public record, I have always played Rastafarian music, AND worn these bracelets. As an ex dj, I can bring in some Rastafarian records in if you like!!!

The red band is something I found on the street, and took it upon myself to wear as a fashion accessory, and said to ****** I would gladly remove this, to which he blatantly laughed at me and asked why I would wear anything like that. For the record I offered to take it off, and DO NOT expect to be talked to in such a way…

After P****** ****** approach to me in the last month or so I would have to say, I am now formally and for the public record TELLING Elior there is a breakdown in communication, and proper procedure and proper conduct, is now no longer taking place. Namely my paid days off and cosh info, both of which I will come to later.

And so it is my intent to make clear and concise for the public record, and to be for ever noted in my folder, along with other documentation I have submitted, that while I am employed by Elior, I am instructing you the private entity to keep this in my records.

As before but now with witness’s to this document, I am demanding that a copy of this be sent to Elior head office to the HR department, so they can act lawfully and legally to this formal declaration of truth, MY TRUTH, and make it so that my grievance has been noted. If Elior wishes to get in touch with me regarding ANYTHING FORMAL NOW, all must be in writing personally to me, and on Elior page head, with an endorsed signature from an employer of Elior, for reasons of accountability on your part. Anything else will be considered hearsay and null and void upon receipt. How do I know what is and what isn’t endorsed by Elior head office. For the public record I am now informing you I think your procedures are flawed and the integrity of Elior is now at stake. And I can categorically tell you that as a grieved one of the people, I want my issues remedied, or me corrected if I am mistaken. But I will demand that at all times now that a third party sits in at ALL one to ones, or private meetings between me and P****** ******. I will not be spoken to like that again.

Finally if Elior, as is claimed in the booklet it handed out, which said you respect ALL RELIGIONS, for the public record, and you can most certainly consider this an FOI request, DO YOU respect all religions. My next question is do you respect mine, a simple yes or no will do. And for the public record if you fail to respond in writing within 30days I will assume that you stand under my question, and you then DO respect my religion, and that includes ALL my declared nuances. My faith is my faith, not yours! And so it is…

If required by Elior, you can consider this document a waiver of any and all responsibility on Elior’s behalf, regarding my bits and pieces. I assume in good faith that I will not harm or injure another human being, and will take all steps to ensure this is the case! This is my sworn testimony over now. Thank you.

Now the religious and faith grievance has been recorded for ever here as a sworn affidavit and declaration of my truth (your legal department will hopefully understand this).

Cosh and assert lemon:

At our last cosh meeting, an issue came up regarding the safe and effective use of assert lemon. I requested from the cosh representative for the cat sheet and data sheet regarding the safe and effective use of assert lemon with or without gloves. As there were a couple of people who raised concerns regarding its safe and effective use, I took it upon myself to raise this issue at the last meeting. It turned out that although my manager was supplying very thin gloves as opposed to more durable ones we once used, he was still exercising more caution than was required by the cosh rep, who said that regarding assert lemon, it was at the discretion of each and every one of the people at work. I asked for the info that was not made available at the time to be forwarded to me, and this has still not been done. So hopefully Elior will inform me formally, and in writing, and on Elior page-head, as to why the delay. I await your response. Or maybe Elior can act on my behalf and find out why I have not had a response in writing yet. After all, is that not what cosh is for.

Finally this time we were asked to sign a declaration to state we were there and discussed certain issues the rep brought up. As there was never a signing before, and as I do not endorse using my signature for just anything, could you please inform me in writing as to why people now have to sign documentation for cosh. Again for the public record I will not be signing any such document, as those statutes, acts, and codes, do not apply to me. If there is anything in positive law that has changed, then please send me an original exact copy for my reference thank you…

My paid days off:

Two days before Mr. P****** ****** took his time off, he handed out a blank no Elior page-head and no authorized signature document to all staff, stating certain policies he expected all staff to adhere to. Did you know about this hr department? Did Elior endorse this? Did Elior take it upon themselves to add or change the terms and conditions of my contract WITHOUT MY CONSENT? For the public record and upon your oath of office (if relevant) I DID NOT give consent to this action. I am now informing you that someone, not acting in good faith tried to re-negotiate my contract without my knowing conscious consent. Under civil code, relevant to the rules of equity and commerce, am I not right in saying that this alone is a criminal offence. Of-course I am very happy with the very first contract I signed although after nearly three years, you still have not sent me my copy of it at all. As mentioned in my previous correspondence with you through your employer and representative Mr. P****** ******, I now no longer stand under certain jurisdictions, and do not consent to them, and so will not waiver any of my unalienable rights and will retain all of them. Elior on the other hand is a corporate entity, and so follows the laws and statutes and codes of conduct, as well as the statutes of equity and commerce. So why is my contract being changed without my consent. I await your reply. For the public record, if you do not respond to this within 30days of receipt, I will assume you stand under all I allege, and will assume that you agree I did not, nor have I ever consciously knowingly ever given consent to this. A month before this I asked P****** if he could just pick any old 12days n book me off as I really wasn’t bothered at the time when they were, and thought it might also actually help him with the rotas. No feedback ever came of this, but don’t really think there is an issue here.

Recently, in between his time off after receiving the no page-head document (which I took as hearsay) I asked about my 12days paid off. He informed me I could not have them because I would not sign the slip to take them. He also quite clearly implied I would now loose them. I suggested to P****** that maybe we needed to talk to hr or head office, as it is not my intention to make Elior's life difficult, but will insist on seeing in writing, the legal lawful reason as to why I need to sign a document to get these days off. Why? What does Elior need my signature for? P****** said he was my boss, and I wont get my days off if I don’t sign the relevant paperwork. He also did not give me the address to human resources department when I asked him. Is this standard practice for your managers Elior? I asked for your details so I could contact you and he did NOT supply them.

So, for the public record, and upon your oath of office (if relevant) please supply to me within 30days of receipt of this, a written original copy of the legal lawful positive law as to why I cannot have these days off without having to sign for them. If I need to sign for them, then please show me in writing where and why. Please also supply with reference to, the reasons why I have lost ALL my paid days. Is this working time directive policy or is this Elior policy???

Also please supply, with reference a copy to all assumed responsibilities regarding days off, such as notice to taking days off, and when they can be taken off, and between what dates, and so on and so on. For the public record, if it’s not in my original contract and you cannot supply me copies of written references within 30days of receipt of this as to why I should adhere to these, then please assume I do not stand under them. I will try to be reasonable with Elior provided you do the same.

And am I right in saying that Elior has chosen to stand under the working time directive. Please supply me a copy of the codes relating to this subject matter that Elior has taken upon itself to stand under. Thank you.

Finally : As before mentioned, and again now, especially after today’s outbursts by your employee Mr. P****** ******, I am now informing you I will NOT sit in a one to one, or any private conference with Mr. ******. I will request for another assistant to sit in only for reasons of accountability regarding what was said and what was not said. That person will be they’re simply as a witness, no more. I will be approaching my upstairs manager S****** S****** to act in this matter if she will.

jsm: well, considering how nervous i was, and the content of the document i took in, i really do feel it was well worth going in, and simply doing what i thought at the time was the right thing to do. and tbh, i still think i have done the right thing. im busy now contemplating, and just wishing that none of this had to be done, because it really shouldnt have to be done. anyway...

i turned up friday night with four witness's as well as my self with my sworn affidavit (all docs accessible are online), and after waiting 1hour and still not being seen (had to take 1 witness to prior engagement) we all then signed the back of my testimony, then served to the public servant at the counter, and subsequently left. after which i appologised to all my witness's for the delay. i really didnt expect that...

i recieved a call the following day at 9am, which tbh was really quick considering their own current circumstances. then from there on, the three videos explain the rest...

i am now waiting to hear for a response from the relevant Warwickshire superiors as the redditch police station passes on my complaint, my grievance, and my allegation of a crime being committed...

i was sooo nervous, and can quite honestly say, i did not enjoy the experience, from a first timers point of view, but i know it had to be done, why, i don't know. but i know i did the right thing. so why did i feel so shit afterwards, and why was i emotional afterwards, i really don't know. but i am doing what i believe to be the right thing...

As it has come to my attention while on my wonderful journey into Law and Statutes & Acts etc, I am now made aware that any document or paperwork I sign becomes a legal document, AND a change to the initial contract…
I am now informing my employer, I will no longer enter into this type of process, and also expect not to be asked to again UNLESS I am required to by LAW, and this is shown to me with references in writing…
I also knowingly declare all such previous signatures now to be null and void because I didn’t fully understand the ACTS I was agreeing to stand under…
Please Note… I will not, and nor will I ever enter into any agreement that is not required by LAW. I do not include any Acts or Statutes, or anything deemed as the Colour of Law…

Who are we ?

Neither your scientists nor your religious representatives speak unanimously about the unexplained celestial events that mankind has witnessed for thousands of years. To know the truth, one must face it without the filter of one's beliefs, however respectable they may be.

A growing number of anonymous researchers of yours are exploring new knowledge paths and are getting very close to reality. Today, your civilisation is flooded with an ocean of information of which only a tiny part, the less upsetting one, is notably diffused.

Our existence is a reality but the majority of you does not perceive it yet. We are not mere observations, we are consciences just like you.

You fail to apprehend us because we remain invisible to your senses and measure instruments most of the time.

We wish to fill this void at this moment in your history. We made this collective decision but this is not enough. We need yours. Through this message, you become the decision-makers ! You personally.

We have no human representative on Earth who could guide your decision.

Why aren't we visible ?

At certain stages of evolution, cosmic "humanities” discover new forms of science beyond the apparent control of matter. Structured dematerialisation and materialisation are part of them. This is what your humanity has reached in a few laboratories, in close collaboration with other "extra-terrestrial" creatures at the cost of hazardous compromises that remain purposedly hidden from you by some of your representatives.

Apart from the aerial or spatial objects or phenomena known about by your scientific community, that you call 'UFOs, there are essentially multidimensional manufactured spaceships that apply these capacities.

Many human beings have been in visual, auditory, tactile or psychic contact with such ships, some of which are under occult powers that "govern" you. The scarcity of your observations is due to the outstanding advantages provided by the dematerialised state of these ships.

By not witnessing them by yourself, you cannot believe in their existence. We fully understand this.

The majority of these observations are made on an individual basis so as to touch the soul and not to modify any organised system. This is deliberate from the races that surround you but for very different reasons and results.

For negative multidimensional beings that play a part in the exercise of power in the shadow of human oligarchy, discretion is motivated by their will to keep their existence and seizure unknown.

For us, discretion is motivated by the respect of the human free will that people can exercise to manage their own affairs so that they can reach technical and spiritual maturity on their own. Humankind's entrance into the family of galactic civilisations is greatly expected.

We can appear in broad daylight and help you attain this union. We haven't done it so far, as too few of you have genuinely desired it, because of ignorance, indifference or fear, and because the emergency of the situation did not justify it.

Many of those who study our appearances count the lights in the night without lighting the way. Often they think in terms of objects when it is all about conscious beings.

Who are you ?

You are the offspring of many traditions that throughout time have been mutually enriched by each others' contributions. The same applies to the races at the surface of the Earth. Your goal is to unite in the respect of these roots to accomplish a common project. The appearance of your cultures seems to keep you separated because you substitute it to your deeper being. Shape is now more important than the essence of your subtle nature.

For the powers in place, this prevalence of the shape constitutes the ramparts against any form of jeopardy.

You are being called on to overcome shape while still respecting it for its richness and beauty. Understanding the conscience of shape makes us love men in their diversity. Peace does not mean not making war, it consists in becoming what you are in reality: a same Fraternity.

To understand this, the number of solutions within your reach are decreasing. One of them consists in contact with another race that would reflect the image of what you are in reality.

What is your situation ?

Except for rare occasions, our interventions always had very little incidence on your capacity to make collective and individual decisions about your own future. This is motivated by our knowledge of your deep psychological mechanisms.

We reached the conclusion that freedom is built every day as a being becomes aware of himself and of his environment, getting progressively rid of constraints and inertias, whatever they may be. Despite the numerous, brave and willing human consciences, those inertias are artificially maintained for the profit of a growing centralising power.

Until recently, mankind lived a satisfying control of its decisions. But it is losing more and more the control of its own fate because of the growing use of advanced technologies, which lethal consequences on the earthly and human ecosystems become irreversible.

You are slowly but surely losing your extraordinary capacity to make life desirable. Your resilience will artificially decrease, independently of your own will. Such technologies exist that affect your body as well as your mind. Such plans are on their way.

This can change as long as you keep this creative power in you, even if it cohabits with the dark intentions of your potential lords. This is the reason why we remain invisible. This individual power is doomed to vanish should a collective reaction of great magnitude not happen. The period to come is that of rupture, whichever it may be.

But should you wait for the last moment to find solutions ? Should you anticipate or undergo pain ?

Your history has never ceased to be marked by encounters between peoples who had to discover one another in conditions that were often conflictual. Conquests almost always happened to the detriment of others. Earth has now become a village where everyone knows everyone else but still conflicts persist and threats of all kinds get worse in duration and intensity.

Although a Human being as an individual, yet having many potential capacities, cannot exercise them with dignity. This is the case for the biggest majority of you for reasons that are essentially geopolitical.

There are several billion of you. The education of your children and your living conditions, as well as the conditions of numerous animals and much plant life are nevertheless under the thumb of a small number of your political, financial, military and religious representatives.

Your thoughts and beliefs are modelled after partisan interests to turn you into slaves while at the same time giving you the feeling that you are in total control of your destiny, which in essence is the reality.

But there is a long way between a wish and a fact when the true rules of the game at hand are unknown. This time, you are not the conqueror. Biasing information is a millenary strategy for human beings. Inducting thoughts, emotions or organisms that do not belong to you via ad hoc technologies is an even older a strategy.

Wonderful opportunities of progress stand close to big subdual and destruction threats. These dangers and opportunities exist now. However, you can only perceive what is being shown to you. The end of natural resources is programmed whereas no long-term collective project has been launched.

Ecosystem exhaustion mechanisms have exceeded irreversible limits. The scarcity of resources and their unfair distribution - resources which entry price will rise day after day - will bring about fratricide fights at a large scale, but also at the very heart of your cities and countrysides.

Hatred grows bigger but so does love. That is what keeps you confident in your ability to find solutions. But the critical mass is insufficient and a sabotage work is cleverly being carried out.

Human behaviours, formed from past habits and trainings, have such an inertia that this perspective leads you to a dead end. You entrust these problems to representatives, whose conscience of common well-being slowly fades away in front of corporatist interests, with those difficulties. They are always debating on the form but rarely on the content.

Just at the moment of action, delays will accumulate to the point when you have to submit rather than choose. This is the reason why, more than ever in your history, your decisions of today will directly and significantly impact your survival of tomorrow.

What event could radically modify this inertia that is typical of any civilisation ? Where will a collective and unifying awareness come from, that will stop this blind rushing ahead ?

Tribes, populations and human nations have always encountered and interacted with one another. Faced with the threats weighing upon the human family, it is perhaps time that a greater interaction occurred.

A great roller wave is on the verge of emerging. It mixes very positive but also very negative aspects.

Who are the "third party" ?

There are two ways to establish a cosmic contact with another civilisation: via its standing representatives or directly with individuals without distinction. The first way entails fights of interests, the second way brings awareness.

The first way was chosen by a group of races motivated by keeping mankind in slavery, thereby controlling Earth resources, the gene pool and human emotional energy.

The second way was chosen by a group of races allied with the cause of the Spirit of service. We have, at our end, subscribed to this disinterested cause and introduced ourselves a few years ago to representatives of the human power who refused our outstretched hand on the pretext of incompatible interests with their strategic vision.

That is why today individuals are to make this choice by themselves without any representative interfering. What we proposed in the past to those whom we believed were in a capacity to contribute to your happiness, we propose it now to ... you!
Most of you ignore that non-human creatures took part in the exercise of those centralising powers without them being neither suspected nor accessible to your senses. This is so true that they have almost very subtly taken control.

They do not necessarily stand on your material plan, and that is precisely what could make them extremely efficient and frightening in the near future. However, be aware that a large number of your representatives are fighting this danger ! Be aware that not all abductions are made against you. It is difficult to recognize the truth!

How could you under such conditions exercise your free will when it is so much manipulated ? What are you really free of ?

Peace and reunification of your peoples would be a first step toward the harmony with civilisations other than yours.

That is precisely what those who manipulate you behind the scenes want to avoid at all cost because, by dividing, they reign! They also reign over those who govern you. Their strength comes from their capacity to distillate mistrust and fear into you. This considerably harms your very cosmic nature.

This message would be of no interest if these manipulators' tutorate did not reach its peak and if their misleading and murderous plans did not materialise in a few years from now. Their deadlines are close and mankind will undergo unprecedented torments for the next ten cycles.

To defend yourselves against this aggression that bears no face, you need at least to have enough information that leads to the solution.

As is also the case with humans, resistance exists amongst those dominant races. Here again, appearance will not be enough to tell the dominator from the ally. At your current state of psychism, it is extremely difficult for you to distinguish between them. In addition to your intuition, training will be necessary when the time has come.

Being aware of the priceless value of free will, we are inviting you to an alternative.

What can we offer ?

We can offer you a more holistic vision of the universe and of life, constructive interactions, the experience of fair and fraternal relationships, liberating technical knowledge, eradiction of suffering, controlled exercise of individual powers, the access to new forms of energy and, finally, a better comprehension of consciousness.

We cannot help you overcome your individual and collective fears, or bring you laws that you would not have chosen, work on your own selves, individual and collective effort to build the world you desire, the spirit of quest to new skies.

What would we receive ?

Should you decide that such a contact takes place, we would rejoice over the safeguarding of fraternal equilibrium in this region of the universe, fruitful diplomatic exchanges, and the intense Joy of knowing that you are united to accomplish what you are capable of. The feeling of Joy is strongly sought in the universe for its energy is divine.

How to can you answer this question ?

The truth of soul can be read by telepathy. You only need to clearly ask yourself this question and give your answer as clearly, on your own or in a group, as you wish. One of your thinkers once said: “Give me a hand-hold and I'll raise the Earth".

For us, the immediate consequence of a collective favourable decision would be the materialisation of many ships, in your sky and on Earth.

For you, the direct effect would be the rapid abandoning of many certitudes and beliefs.

A simple conclusive visual contact would have huge repercussions on your future. Much knowledge would be modified forever. The organisation of your societies would be deeply upheaved for ever, in all fields of activity. Power would become individual because you would see for yourself that we are living. Some among you might think that we would make you believe in a deliberate choice of yours so as to legitimate our arrival, though this would not be true. What interest would we have to openly offer you what you haven't got any access to yet, for the benefit of the greatest number of you?

The Search Begins
WHEN I FIRST began researching the origins of human warfare, certainly the furthest thing from my mind were Unidentified Flying Objects, better known as “UFOs.” The many flying saucer magazines which once graced the newsstands were, in my opinion, not worthy of serious consideration.* I also did not feel that the UFO phenomenon was terribly important even if it was evidence of an extraterrestrial race.

Solving the down-to-earth problems of war and human suffering seemed so much more important than arguing over whether or not “little green men from Mars” might occasionally be visiting Earth.

* A recent exception is UFO magazine, which I recommend. It is presently published in Los Angeles, California by Vicki Cooper and Sherie Stark.

I began researching this book in 1979; however, my desire to see an end to war arose much earlier in life, at just about the age of eight. Back then, war movies were very popular in my circle of friends. Our favorite game was playing “army.” I usually commanded one squad of kids and my friend David led the opposition.

We filled our imaginary battles with the same glamour and altruism we saw on television. We had no greater hero than the late actor Vic Morrow who would gallantly lead his army squad to victory every week on the television series, Combat!.

One Saturday afternoon I was watching a Hollywood war movie on television. It was like any other war movie except that it contained a short piece of numbing realism. For the first time in my life, I found myself looking at documentary film footage of an actual Nazi concentration camp. Long after the images vanished off the television screen, I was haunted by the pictures of skeleton-like bodies being thrown into large pits.

Like so many other people, I had trouble fathoming the souls of the Nazis who could shove human beings into brick ovens like loaves of bread and moments later pulled out the charred remains. Within a minute, those grainy black-and-white images presented a true picture of war. Behind the curt salutes and stirring oratory, war is little but a degraded psychosis. While war movies and games can sometimes be fun, the real thing is unconscionable.

For centuries, scientists and thinkers have attempted to solve the riddle of why people go to war. They have observed that nearly all of Earth’s creatures fight among themselves at one time or another, usually over food, territory, or mating. Aggression seems to be a universal behavior related to survival.

Other factors also contribute to the creation of wars. The analyst must take into consideration such variables as human psychology, sociology, political leadership, economic conditions, and the natural surroundings.

INTRODUCTION
My name is Philip J. Corso, and for two incredible years back in the 1960s while I was a lieutenant colonel in the army heading up the Foreign Technology desk in Army Research and Development at the Pentagon, I led a double life. In my routine everyday job as a researcher and evaluator of weapons systems for the army, I investigated things like the helicopter armament the French military had developed, the tactical deployment complexities of a theater antimissile missile, or new technologies to preserve and prepare meals for our troops in the field.

I read technology reports and met with engineers at army proving grounds about different kinds of ordnance and how ongoing budgeted development projects were moving forward. I submitted their reports to my boss, Lt. Gen. Arthur Trudeau, the director of Army R&D and the manager of a three thousand plus man operation with lots of projects at different stages. On the surface, especially to congressmen exercising oversight as to how the taxpayers’ money was being spent, all of it was routine stuff.

Part of my job responsibility in Army R&D (research and development), however, was as an intelligence officer and adviser to General Trudeau who, himself, had headed up Army Intelligence before coming to R&D. This was a job I was trained for and held during World War II and Korea.

At the Pentagon I was working in some of the most secret areas of military intelligence, reviewing heavily classified information on behalf of General Trudeau. I had been on General Mac Arthur’s staff in Korea and knew that as late as 1961 - even as late, maybe, as today - as Americans back then were sitting down to watch Dr. Kildare or Gunsmoke, captured American soldiers from World War II and Korea were still living in gulag conditions in prison camps in the Soviet Union and Korea. Some of them were undergoing what amounted to sheer psychological torture. They were the men who never returned.

Summary

Geoengineering describes activities specifically and deliberately designed to effect a change in the global climate with the aim of minimising or reversing anthropogenic (that is human caused) climate change. Geoengineering covers many techniques and technologies but splits into two broad categories: those that remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere such as sequestering and locking carbon dioxide in geological formations; and those that reflect solar radiation. Techniques in this category include the injection of sulphate aerosols into the stratosphere to mimic the cooling effect caused by large volcanic eruptions.

The technologies and techniques vary so much that any regulatory framework for
geoengineering cannot be uniform. Instead, those techniques, particularly carbon removal, that are closely related to familiar existing technologies, could be regulated by developing the international regulation of the existing regimes to encompass geoengineering. For other technologies, especially solar refection, new regulatory arrangements will have to be developed.

There are three reasons why, we believe, regulation is needed. First, in the future some geoengineering techniques may allow a single country unilaterally to affect the climate. Second, some—albeit very small scale—geoengineering testing is already underway. Third, we may need geoengineering as a “Plan B” if, in the event of the failure of “Plan A”—the reduction of greenhouse gases—we are faced with highly disruptive climate change. If we start work now it will provide the opportunity to explore fully the technological, environmental, political and regulatory issues.

We are not calling for an international treaty but for the groundwork for regulatory
arrangements to begin. Geoengineering techniques should be graded with onsideration to factors such as trans-boundary effect, the dispersal of potentially hazardous materials in the environment and the direct effect on ecosystems. The regulatory regimes for geoengineering should then be tailored accordingly.

The controls should be based on a set of principles that command widespread agreement—for example, the disclosure of geoengineering research and open publication of results and the development of governance arrangements before the deployment of geoengineering techniques.

The UN is the route by which, eventually, we envisage the regulatory framework operating but first the UK and other governments need to push geoengineering up the international agenda and get processes moving.

This inquiry was innovative in that we worked collaboratively with the US House of
Representatives Science and Technology Committee, the first international joint working of this kind for a House of Commons select committee. We found the experience constructive and rewarding and, we hope, successful. We are enthusiastic supporters of collaborative working between national legislatures on topics such as geoengineering with international reach.

Our Report covering the regulation of geoengineering will now dovetail into a wider inquiry that the House of Representatives Committee is carrying out on geoengineering. Science, technology and engineering are key to solving global challenges and we commend to our successor committee international collaboration as an innovative way to meet these challenges.

I certify that the following text is the absolute truth and no work of fiction. These are parts of a transcript of an interview I’ve made with a non-human and reptilian being in December 1999.

This female being was already in contact with a friend of mine (whose name is given only with the abbreviation E.F. in the text) since some months. She has told and shown me so many unbelievable things during that meeting that I can’t deny the reality and the truth of her words any longer.

Before you roll your eyes and dismiss me as some “extremist,” let me explain the situation to those who are unfamiliar with my past reports. In my report on the Economic Elite Vs. The People of the United States, I lay out the case proving that our economy and tax system has become an organized criminal operation. I defy anyone who spends time researching and analyzing the facts and overwhelming evidence to support this claim to prove otherwise. I invite anyone who thinks I’m wrong to a debate on national television. I’m talking to you, Tim Geithner, Ben Bernanke, Larry Summers, Lloyd Blankfein, Jamie Dimon and President Obama!

I torturously spend 60 plus hours a week researching this and the torrent of devastating news and evidence is mounting by the minute. The staggering level of theft continues unabated. As I am watching this unfold, I am horrified thinking about the severe consequences that have only just begun to reap their toll. Our nation is being raped and pillaged. Our future is going up in flames and our government isn’t even making the slightest effort to put out the fire. In fact, they are purposely pouring gasoline all over it.

["A few minutes ago, I conducted a short interview with documentary filmmaker, James Fox. He is presently in Grand Isle, Louisiana. The closest location to the Gulf oil spill. Before I spoke to James I received a few unsubstantiated reports that I put on the side.

What I'm about to share with you is extremely important. There is an absolute MEDIA BLACKOUT in the area. People are being arrested everywhere. Hotels in a 70-mile radius are completely sold out, yet, you don't see any vans or reporters filming. It's as if the entire area was under siege.

James Fox has witnessed this and he basically just arrived. He says he saw multiple Chevron helicopters flying. He has not seen any military activity. It's as if the oil companies had taken over. James expected to rent a plane to fly over it and that is not possible. The area above the oil spill is now a NO-FLY-ZONE. He will be there for two weeks.

I am issuing this bulleting because James Fox's name needs to be out in the public, as there is a possibility that he will be arrested. I have plans to talk to the Grand Isle's Police Department to get further clarification regarding these arrests, since James people don't even know who is conducting these arrests. James had the opportunity to talk to the son of one of the cleanup workers (former fisherman) and he told him no one is talking. He did say that no one is being told the extent of this disaster. It is much bigger than what is being reported.

The government is NOT IN CONTROL. The ones exercising all influence are the oil companies. Where is our FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT? I will be posting my interview with James at the forum shortly. When I called him I wanted to remain optimistic and felt people were exaggerating or simply fear mongering. After my conversation with James I can categorically say that my level of concern has risen to unprecedented levels and now I'm putting more credence to the reports I'm receiving.] -- Mel Fabregas reporting
